The Dolfi Crucifix is a finely modelled representation of the Passion, with careful anatomical detailvisible ribs, tense musculature and a tilted headthat conveys the weight and suffering of Christ. Wounds on the hands, feet and side are emphasised with reddishbrown tones to enhance realism and aid contemplation.

The cross itself is a dark, opaque and uniform brown, while the INRI tablet is finished in a bright, shiny gold. The dynamically carved loincloth provides a sculptural contrast to the figure’s suffering.

Made in the Val Gardena tradition from selected woods: maple for sizes up to 56 cm (for finer detail) and linden for larger sizes from 56 cm (for greater stability). Available finishes: Natural (N), Gold Leaf (CV) and threeshade brown (3G).
