First Mass Ordination Greeting Card

Greet and send blessings to the freshly ordained leader and servant of the faithful with our First Mass Ordination Greeting Card! The front depicts the priest offering Mass, with Christ on the Cross truly present before him. Below the scene, the card greets, “As you celebrate your first Mass.” Remind yourself and the new “priest of God Most High” about the power and grace bestowed upon a priest, that he is made into Christ more fully by the Sacrament in order to bring us, his sheep, closer to our Home with Christ. As the Cure of Ars said, “The priest continues the work of redemption on earth. … If we really understood the priest on earth, we would die not of fright but of love. … The Priesthood is the love of the heart of Jesus.”This 5″x7″ card comes with envelopes and is available in a bundle of 6. It adds the perfect personal touch to an Ordination gift!Inside of the card, on thebottomleft:”Every high priest is chosen from his fellow-men and appointed to serve God on their behalf, to offer sacrifices and offerings for sins. Since he himself is weak in many ways, he is able to be gentle with those who are ignorant and make mistakes.” -Hebrews 5:1-2Inside of the card, in the middle right:May you be blessed by Godand may you be filled with zealfor the Gospel, love for all mankind, and reverence for His Church.May He give you the grace to servein humility and obedienceall the days of your life.( STC-ORD5X )
